The Team      
  Every programme we deliver is unique and customised specifically for the needs of a particular organisation or group. This, of course, makes it difficult to communicate what we can offer in any straightforward way.

We hope, therefore, this introduction to the BridgeBuilders ensemble will give you a richer sense of our palette range.

 
Mark Trezona is team leader and responsible for building and looking after partnership relationships with our clients, as well programme design, facilitation and training - especially in the areas of team development, leadership, communications, culture change, and creativity.
Rachel Crane leads on developing our training programmes like Train the Trainer, communication skills, working with people with complex needs, valuing diversity & inclusion programmes, and leadership and management development. She also brings the creative edge to developing our use of the visual arts.
Martyn Duffy leads on developing our arts-based learning activity - developing our range of improvisation, theatre, storytelling and role play approaches and managing actors-on-call (a bank of professional actors for role play, conference entertainment, 'mystery shopping', etc.). He also specialises in presentation skills and voice coaching for public speaking.
Mike Phipps brings his special expertise in helping people to unlock and develop innovation and creativity for new products, services or marketing campaigns. He is an expert in coaching & mentoring and includes customer care, people management and selling, negotiating and influencing skills workshops at the top of his training schedule.

Christine Wilkinson designs, delivers and evaluates a diverse range of programmes using her talents and disciplines as a multi-media visual artist.  She trains artists to access funding and support, helps people without an arts background to unleash their own artistry, advises Councils and organisations how to access fuller benefits from local arts communities, and develops learning programmes to help excluded groups access and profit in the mainstream.
  Tony McKenzie brings his expertise in working with a broad spectrum of groups covering issues like diversity awareness, parenting education, developing leadership skills, and in all areas of personal development training.
